Lost and Found

Hello, and welcome to the Lost and Found page for Park Hill Veterinary Medical Center.

If you already know the found pet’s microchip number, you can go to AAHA’s Microchip Search page and enter it in order to find out which microchip organization to contact.

If you don’t know if your found pet has a microchip number, just fill in the blanks below, and we’ll post it on our website.

You can also bring found pets into the clinic to be scanned for a identification microchip by our Client Care Specialty Team.

If you are unsure about what to do with a lost or found pet, you can also contact us at (303)388-2255 or at moreinfo@parkhillvet.com.
