Appointments

We prefer to see patients by appointment in order to allow us time to take care of you and your pet/s. Please call us at 303-388-2255 to schedule an appointment or request an appointment online. Walk-ins will be seen as soon as we are able without inconveniencing our scheduled clients. Critically ill or injured patients will be seen immediately.

Client Forms

If able, please download and complete new client and new patient forms prior to your appointment.

Payment Policy

Park Hill Veterinary Medical Center offers several options to pay for health care services. We are dedicated to providing your pet with quality health care at affordable prices.

Full payment is expected when services are rendered. To help with this, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Citi Health Card and American Express.
