A MESSAGE FROM YOUR PARK HILL VET TEAM ON COVID-19

At Park Hill Vet, we have always been committed every day to our mission of “Where Your Pets Matter.” As we are all impacted by the near-daily changes that the COVID-19 pandemic is causing, know that we will be here to serve you and your beloved furry family members. In clinic, we are monitoring employee health, wearing masks and following strict facility and personal cleaning/disinfecting protocols to protect our and your health.

We have been and continue to maintain new protocols for curbside care to protect human health while still offering the best of care for your furry family members for illnesses and preventive care. When able, we will move to allowing one healthy human to accompany their pet directly from parking lot to exam room, but currently we continue with curbside care and accommodate human entry into the clinic on a case-by-case basis.

For scheduled appointments – 1) please complete and submit the history questions via our curbside check-in button, 2) know that we are expecting you to be here at the confirmed appointment time and please call when you arrive – should you not be able to get through the increased volume for our calls, repeat call or follow window-posted instructions for texting our Google Voice number. We will check your pet in via phone and a team member will come to collect your pet when the exam room is ready. For procedure check-ins, we will provide additional instructions via phone and email.

For medications and food, barring known food/medication backorders pre-existing the pandemic, we have been assured by our vendors that there are currently no disruptions in the food or medication chain for pets. Please call or email prescription refill and food requests – we will notify you when ready.  For pick-up, please call and a team member will take payment and then bring items to your car.

We know that these are stressful times for all. We appreciate in advance your patronage as well as your patience as we work to serve our patients and to ensure the highest level of safety for your and our families.

Park Hill Curbside Protocols

Please complete your curbside check-in and history before arriving. Once you arrive, please call 303.388.2255 to let us know that you have arrived and where parked. Your Outpatient Nurse will call to review while one of our other team members will safely transfer your pet into the practice at the conclusion of the check-in call to be evaluated by their veterinarian. Once the examination is done, your doctor will call to review and/or discuss any recommendations for care.
